The room was horrible, nothing worked properly.

The stay while the hotel was under construction was the worst stay. The outlets did not work. The hotel was renovating the 4th floor and they had the audacity to have patrons on the 3rd floor while noise and banging would start at 8am ridiculous. ...read more

Picked up by Holliday Inn Van after Cruise. Asked Driver if this was the one that went to the Round Holiday Inn as our building was round on shape. He said yes and drove us to a different Holiday in way out somewhere. Had to pay $45.00 for a taxi to get to the right Holliday inn. You need drivers who can understand English! ...read more
